AVHC is a federally designated Rural Health Center and California State licensed Community Clinic, offering family practice and acute medical care, as well as general dentistry, behavioral health and family counseling.
We strive to make the Center a comfortable medical home for you and your family. The Center is open to all residents of the community as we accept a variety of insurances, both public and private. For those without insurance, we accept self-pay or offer a sliding scale discount to those who qualify.
As a community service, AVHC offers after hours telephone contact with one of our physicians should an urgent question or situation arise. This is available to all members of the community, including those who are not clients of AVRMC.
AVHC is a not-for-profit organization [501c3], formed and governed by a volunteer board of local community members, including clients of the Center in 1995, and staffed by a dedicated team of health professionals including physicians, nurse practitioners, dentists, psychologists and other specialists.
Bell’s Ambulance assists neighboring agencies in all of Sonoma County, and parts of Napa County, including the communities of: Larkfield/Wikiup, Santa Rosa, Forestville, Guerneville, Monte Rio, Cloverdale, Knights Valley, and Calistoga.
